A VERY SPECIAL MESSAGE FROM BONNIE ....

I have taken on an incredible challenge. On September 7 - 9, 2012, I'll be walking 60 miles over the course of three days, camping out at night with thousands of other women and men taking this journey with me. It's for an event called the Susan G. Komen 3-Day.

Net proceeds from the 3-Day support ground breaking research and scientific programs as well as grants for education, screening and treatment programs at both the national and local level.

No breast cancer organization provides more support and care than Komen. Virtually every major advance in the fight against breast cancer in the last 30 years has been impacted by a Komen grant, and millions of women rely on Komen every day. These women need our help more than ever to safeguard Komen's great work in our local communities for another 30 years.

Komen works hard to build a future without breast cancer, and I plan on raising $2300.00 to help bring us closer to that goal.

Please consider making a donation of $30.00. Now keep in mind that I will be walking 60 miles in 3 days. If we break that down that would be $10.00 a day or $.50 a mile. Individuals that are diagnosed with breast cancer pay a much larger price. If you are unable to donate $30.00, any amount of a donation is much appreciated. Please also ask your employer if they will double your donation with a matching gift.

I personally have not been diagnosed with Breast Cancer, but recently a co-worker was diagnosed and is currently going through the treatments. A business friend was diagnosed a year ago and is still going through treatment. A few other close friends have been diagnosed with breast cancer and are survivors. So I feel the least I could do is walk the 60 miles in 3 days and help find the cure to end Breast Cancer.

Just follow this link below to visit my personal fundraising webpage and make a donation. If you don't want to donate online, please download and print a donation form from my webpage and mail it to the address on the form. Or you can call 800-996-3DAY to donate over the phone. I would like to reach my fundraising goal by June 30, 2012, so don't delay! View the team page for Team Bonnie >>>

Thank you for taking the time to read this message and thank you for your support.

Sincerely,
Bonnie Inhulsen McAskin
